My Darling Farm Sales Policy
Thank you for your interest in our Nigerian Dwarf goats! We take great pride in raising healthy, well-socialized goats with quality genetics. Our goal is to match every goat with a home where it will be well cared for and appreciated.
Reservations & Deposits
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve a breeding doe or buck a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to purches a wether.
Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price.
A goat is not marked as "Sold" until a deposit has been fully received.
We reserve the right to offer a goat to the next buyer if payment arrangements are not followed.
Payments
The remaining balance is due at or before pickup.
We accept cash, checks, and Venmo.
No goat will leave the farm until full payment has been received.
Pickup
Goats must be picked up on the agreed-upon date unless other arrangements have been made.
If a goat is not picked up within the agreed timeframe, boarding fees may apply unless discussed beforehand.
Registration Papers
All Bucks/Bucklings and Does/Doelings are fully registered before pickup date
ADGA registration papers will be provided after full payment has been received.
Pet-quality goats (wethers and some does/doelings) may be sold without registration papers at our discretion.
My darling farm reserves the right to choose the registered names of all kids. Buyers who reserve a kid before birth or contact us prior to registration day are allowed to request a specific registered name and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.
Health
All goats leave our farm healthy and in good condition to the best of our knowledge.
Kids are properly cared for before leaving to their new homes.
Because livestock are exposed to new environments after leaving our farm, we cannot guarantee their health after they leave our property.
Biosecurity
We do Biosecurity testing anually durring the Fall.
To protect the health of our herd:
Please do not visit other goat farms immediately before your visit here at our farm.
We reserve the right to limit farm access during kidding season or if disease concerns arise.
Right of Refusal
My Darling Farm reserves the right to refuse the sale of any animal if we feel the home is not the right fit.
In this case, any deposit will be refunded.
Sales Are Final
All sales are final once a goat leaves our property. We are always happy to answer questions and provide support, but we cannot guarantee how an animal will perform in another environment.
