Buck Breeding Services:
We offer buck breeding services to healthy, approved does. Our goal is to make breeding convenient while also maintaining strong biosecurity practices to protect both visiting does and our herd.
Driveway breeding is our preferred option. You will schedule an appointment and bring your doe to us when she is in heat. She will be bred with the buck and then go home with you the same day. This helps us limit contact between outside goats and our herd.
We also offer boarding when available for owners who would rather leave their doe with us for breeding. Boarding is a good option if you aren't able to bring your doe back and forth or would prefer to leave her here for breeding. Because boarding requires additional care and monitoring, it is charged separately, at a higher fee then driveway breeding.
It is the owner's responsibility to make sure their doe is in heat when she comes for her appointment. We are happy to help with questions about heat cycles and timing, but we cannot guarantee a successful breeding if the doe is not in heat when she arrives.
With driveway breeding, if a doe does not settle from her first breeding, we offer one additional driveway breeding at no charge. If she does not settle after the second breeding, another breeding fee will apply.
The additional free breeding applies only to driveway breeding and does not apply to boarded does.
Our main priority is keeping all of the goats involved healthy while providing a simple and convenient breeding experience for their owners.
